Job Description

Material Availability Coordinator

As a Material Availability Coordinator, youare responsible forthe end-to-end execution of operational supply chain activities within a field region. You ensuretimelymaterial delivery, issue resolution, and continuous operational improvement for both service activities and UIR events, including upgrades, installs, and relocations.

• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments

• Support material availability and execution readiness forservice orders,upgrades, installs, and relocations

• Resolve operational disruptions, escalations, andshipment-related issues

• Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, forwarders, and customers

• Perform proactive stock checks and inventory monitoring

• Participate in operational meetings and lead stakeholder alignment whererequired

• Work effectively in SAP and other operational systems

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalentprofessionalexperience.Relevantexperience in supplychain,logistics, or operations is preferred. Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is an advantage.

Personal skills

• SAP ERP knowledge and experience are strongly preferred

• Hands-on, proactive, and able to learn quickly in a dynamic operational environment

• Outgoing and able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders

• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment

• Proficiencyin Excel isrequired

• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity is an advantage

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

• Structured,accurate, and detail-oriented way of working
