About this role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Material Compounder to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately weighing, mixing, and preparing raw materials according to production formulas and quality standards. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. On-the-job training will be provided, opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials according to production specifications.
  • Follow batch sheets, formulas, and standard operating procedures.
  • Operate mixing, blending, and material handling equipment safely.
  • Inspect materials and finished compounds for quality and consistency.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and GMP/company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management and material staging as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams.

Schedule-

  • 1st shift, 7am - 3:15pm, Monday - Friday $19.00/hr.
  • 2nd shift, 3pm - 11:15pm, Monday - Friday $20.00/hr. (shift diff. included)
  • 3rd shift, 11pm - 7:15am Monday - Friday $21.00/hr. (shift diff. included)
  • Overtime available
  • Weekly attendance bonus

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing, compounding, mixing, or production experience is a plus.
  • Ability to accurately follow written instructions and formulas.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work 7+ feet off the ground for short periods of time.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Forklift experience is a plus (if applicable).
