What You’ll Do:

• Cut & Prepare: Skillfully break down, trim, and cut various meat products following company standards.
• Customer Focus: Help customers select their cuts of meat and fulfill special orders with care and attention to detail.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, ensuring products are neatly packaged, weighed, and displayed to attract customers.
• Stay Organized: Assist with receiving deliveries, inspecting products, stocking, and preparing meats for sale.
• Safety First: Practice all safety guidelines and ensure the well-being of yourself, your teammates, and our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a Meat Market or butcher shop is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn!
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• The ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting (up to 80lbs), standing for extended periods, and working in varying temperatures.
• Basic math skills for weighing and pricing items.
• A customer-first mindset with a friendly and hospitable attitude.
• Reliability and trustworthiness, with a stable work or educational history.
