1.         Design of plastic & aluminum die cast components, assemblies for an Industrial Weld controller 2.         Design and Modification of components & sub-assemblies of Weld controllers  3.         Understanding system requirements, creating concepts based on defined requirements, and detailed design to meet the project & system specifications.4.         Selection of standard mechanical elements, interfacing with electronics & software5.          Manufacturing and assembly drawing creation as per design standards.6.            Perform thermal simulations, heat sink calculations 7.          Database management and BOM creation in SAP8.           Engineering calculation & documentationCAD tool : Creo, Autodesk Inventor, PDM
