Mechanical Fitter

Aureol Global Connections is looking for a qualified Mechanical Fitter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical components to ensure efficient operation of machinery and equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach and an eye for detail to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit mechanical parts and machinery according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Carry out installation, adjustment, and maintenance work on mechanical systems.
• Inspect and test mechanical systems to ensure they operate correctly and safely.
• Use appropriate tools and measuring instruments to achieve precision in fittings and alignments.
• Work collaboratively with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Maintain documentation of mechanical fitting activities and report progress regularly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations during all mechanical fitting tasks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Trade certification or equivalent qualifications in Mechanical Fitting or related fields.
• Proven experience in mechanical fitting and assembly roles.
• Strong practical skills with hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in fitting tasks.
• Good problem-solving abilities and capability to work as a part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project requirements.
