Mechanical Superintendent / Planner (Maintenance)
In this 3-6 month contract role you will use your Microsoft Project and Maximo skills to plan for upcoming site projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Clarifying the requests received on the work orders
- Conduct the necessary inspections and investigations to determine the scope of each work order
- Estimate the labour and material resources required for each work order
- Manage and coordinate the weekly workload according to the priorities
- Manage the status of the work orders
- Schedule the work (prepare the weekly calendar or maintenance plan)
- Organise and host the any co-ordination meetings
- Follow-up on the work on-site
- Develop and maintain CMMS maintenance plans
- Produce weekly performance metrics
