We are looking for a Media Manager to join our Marketing team and take ownership of media planning and execution across Mexico and Central America.
The role will have a strong focus on upper- and mid-funnel media, developing solutions that build brand awareness, consideration, and ultimately contribute to business growth. You will work across both online and offline media channels, identifying the right media mix to effectively reach our audiences across the region.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage the full media process — from translating marketing objectives into media strategies and plans to campaign execution, optimization, performance analysis and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end media planning and buying for Mexico and Central America, in line with regional business and marketing priorities.
- Develop upper- and mid-funnel media strategies aimed at driving reach, awareness, consideration and business impact.
- Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into effective cross-channel media plans.
- Define the optimal media mix across online and offline channels, based on campaign objectives, audience, market specifics and available budget.
- Independently manage media projects from initial planning through campaign launch, optimization and post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate campaign execution with media agencies, platforms, vendors and internal marketing teams across the region.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
- Evaluate both media and business results, turning data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare clear campaign reports and presentations, explaining not only what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, publishers, platforms and other external partners.
- Identify relevant new media formats, channels and innovations and recommend opportunities for testing.
- Support influencer marketing initiatives and evaluate relevant activation formats as part of the broader media mix.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in media planning, media buying, advertising or a related field.
- Strong experience with upper- and mid-funnel media campaigns, including brand awareness and consideration objectives.
- Experience working across Mexico and/or Central American markets is highly desirable.
- Ability to independently manage the full media planning process, rather than relying entirely on an agency.
- Strong understanding of both digital and offline media channels, including their role across different stages of the marketing funnel.
- Ability to select the right channels and formats depending on the marketing objective and target audience.
- Hands-on experience with media analytics, planning and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of media measurement and core and proxy KPIs for different channels and funnel stages.
- Experience in campaign tracking, optimization and post-campaign analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to connect media performance with business outcomes.
- Ability to turn data into insights, hypotheses and concrete recommendations.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and its role within the broader media ecosystem.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills — ability to turn complex information into simple, convincing recommendations.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and external partners across different markets.
