What you'll be doing

As a Medical Representative you will play a key role in driving product growth within your assigned territory. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, strengthen product presence, and deliver impactful field execution that contributes to our business success.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across targeted specialties.

• Deliver effective product presentations and scientific discussions to healthcare professionals.

• Achieve assigned sales, coverage, call frequency, and prescription generation targets.

• Drive product availability and visibility across pharmacies, hospitals, and key accounts.

• Manage area’s activities and maintain accurate, timely updates through the CRM.

• Identify market opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and provide actionable field insights.

• Represent the company professionally at conferences, symposia, and promotional events.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative.

• 1 year in Derma is preferred.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Commercial mindset and results orientation

• Effective territory and time management

• Strong product and market awareness

• CRM and reporting proficiency
