At The Club at Los Gatos, we believe joining a fitness club should feel different from the moment someone walks through our doors. Our Membership Consultants create exceptional first impressions, build genuine relationships, and guide prospective members toward becoming part of our community.

This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on hospitality, service, and helping people find the membership experience that best fits their goals.

Position

Part-Time (evenings and weekend availability required)

What You'll Do

• Conduct personalized club tours and consultations
• Build relationships with prospective and current members
• Follow up with inquiries via phone, text, and email
• Guide prospective members through the membership process
• Deliver a concierge-level experience from the first interaction through their entire journey as a member
• Become knowledgeable about all Club programs, services, amenities, and membership options
• Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional member experience
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining a member-first approach

• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Is organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Thrives in a goal-oriented environment
• Is coachable, dependable, and eager to learn
• Has a passion for health, fitness, and helping others

Previous sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred, but personality, professionalism, and a strong work ethic are just as important.
