Position Summary

The Men’s Fitness & Locker Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming fitness facility and men's locker room at Palmer. This role ensures equipment, amenities, and member areas are clean, stocked, and ready for use while providing professional and courteous service to members.

The ideal male candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, service-minded, and takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.

Essential Responsibilities

Fitness Facility

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all fitness and wellness areas.
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment, surfaces, floors, mirrors, and other high-touch areas.
• Ensure equipment is properly organized and report damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
• Empty trash and maintain appropriate sanitation standards.
• Keep towels, wipes, cleaning supplies, and member amenities stocked.
• Monitor the facility for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance concerns.

Men's Locker Room – Palmer

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming men's locker room.
• Clean and sanitize showers, sinks, toilets, floors, benches, lockers, and other areas.
• Keep member amenities, towels, toiletries, and supplies fully stocked.
• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and organize towels and facility laundry.
• Regularly inspect the locker room and proactively address cleanliness and supply needs.
• Report plumbing, electrical, equipment, or other maintenance concerns promptly to management.
