Men’s and Women’s Ministries Impact Zone Leader

Job Description

This is a .20 position (8 hours/week)

The Men’s and Women’s Ministries Impact Zone Leader must have experience in Men’s or Women’s Ministries in Europe.

Duties would include:

1. Identifying and connecting with the GEM missionaries working within their zone
2. Being familiar with where these missionaries are working, what their ministries look like, and with whom they are partnering
3. Maintaining a roster with this information
4. Staying informed about trends, training opportunities, and developments in Europe that concern their zone
5. Gathering and developing systems for sharing resources that can educate, inform, and equip missionaries who are working in their zone as well as help them to evaluate their efforts
6. Being a resource/support for missionaries working in their zone
7. Being a recognized, in-house reference/expert for GEM leadership on their zone
8. Meeting 1x/year in person with the other Impact Zone Leaders and the president of GEM, plus monthly virtually with the Impact Director and other Impact Zone Leaders
9. Completing a monthly activity report and submitting it to the Impact Zone Director
