Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to associate and pre-licensed professionals
• Support case review, treatment planning, documentation, and ethical practice
• Offer practical guidance for clinical growth and professional readiness
• Follow California board supervision requirements
• Maintain consistent and organized supervision records

Requirements

• Active California clinical license in good standing
• Eligible licenses may include LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
• Must be qualified to provide supervision under California board rules
• Prior supervision experience preferred
