Key Responsibilities
- Provide age-appropriate care and emotional support to youth and adolescent patients
- Support daily routines and group activities in a structured treatment setting
- Monitor patient safety and well-being through direct engagement and observation
- Collaborate with clinical team members and contribute to individualized care plans
- Assist with patient transportation and participate in de-escalation when needed
- Complete educational activities to support your ongoing professional development
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
High School/GED preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
At least one (1) year of psychiatric or hospital/nursing home experience preferred
