As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to strengthen our Technical Department, working on the delivery of high-end resort developments across various Greek islands.

Position Summary

This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate all MEP engineering aspects of high-end hospitality developments, from Concept Design through Construction, Testing & Commissioning and handover. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between engineering consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring the integrity, quality, and performance of all MEP systems.

The position will be stationed at the Group´s headquarters with regular presence on construction sites.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs
• Evaluate and review technical documents, drawings, and specifications
• Support construction supervision and ensure works meet contractual and regulatory standards
• Monitor site progress and provide on-site technical support as needed
• Engage with authorities to support permitting and compliance processes
• Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and developers throughout the lifecycle of each project

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in MEP engineering with strong focus on Hotel and Resort developments
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality projects (5* Hotels, Resorts, Branded Residences)
• Familiarity with Greek Regulations, Codes and permitting workflows
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software (e.g., Revit), and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and their impact on MEP design
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple interfaces
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Flexible and willing to travel regularly to island-based sites
