We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mercedes-Benz Sales Manager to join our prestigious dealership in Tulsa, OK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences that align with Jackie Cooper philosophy and the Mercedes-Benz brand.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute targeted campaigns for Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to maintain optimal stock
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and handle high-value sales negotiations
- Stay updated on Mercedes-Benz product lines, features, and industry trends
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of automotive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management role
- Luxury experience preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Excellent knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
- In-depth understanding of the luxury automotive market and/or Mercedes-Benz product lines
- Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Automotive Sales Certification (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, according to Oklahoma law
