MIAMI, FLORIDA — TWO ROTATIONAL NANNIES!

A warm, laid-back family is seeking two collaborative ROTATIONAL NANNIES to care for their sweet 22-month-old son on a one-week-on/one-week-off schedule. The two nannies will rotate opposite one another to provide consistent coverage and continuity of care. Local candidates are strongly preferred; however, the family is open to relocating the right candidates. This is a live-in position only while on rotation, and housing is not provided during off weeks. Candidates relocating to Miami must therefore secure their own local accommodations.

During each nanny’s week on, the typical schedule will consist of approximately up to 12-hour shifts each day. The nanny will have designated off-duty hours each evening and should not expect to remain responsible for the child around the clock. The family is looking for two nannies who can communicate and collaborate closely with one another to create seamless transitions between rotations and maintain consistent routines, expectations, and care for their son.

The family spends the summer in Boston from mid-June through Labor Day, during which the rotation will temporarily shift to approximately one month on/one month off, while maintaining a similar daily working schedule. Candidates must be comfortable spending extended periods in Boston during their scheduled summer rotation.

Mom is hands-on and is looking for warm, flexible team players who are comfortable working alongside her, following her lead, and stepping in wherever needed. This is not a position for someone seeking complete autonomy or a traditional full-charge role. The ideal candidates will understand how to strike the balance between taking initiative and respecting Mom’s involvement and preferences.

Candidates should be early risers who lead healthy, active lifestyles and have the stamina and energy to remain present, attentive, and engaging throughout a busy 12-hour day with a toddler. Excellent swimming skills and strong water-safety awareness are essential, as the family spends significant time around pools, beaches, and boats.

Responsibilities include all child-related care, maintaining routines, preparing healthy meals for the toddler, children's laundry, light housekeeping and organization, maintaining the child's spaces and belongings, and helping each day run smoothly. Strong cooking skills are a significant plus. The family has no pets or known allergies and travels infrequently outside of its annual summer stay in Boston.

Compensation is $95,000–$100,000 gross annually per nanny, structured through legal payroll based on the finalized schedule and all applicable overtime requirements.

• BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE
• UP TO DATE FIRST-AID & CPR CERTIFICATION (WILLINGNESS TO RENEW AS NEEDED)

• A PASSION FOR WORKING WITH CHILDREN
• 5+ YEARS OF CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE IN ANY FIELD
