Microsoft Power BI Developer

Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled Microsoft Power BI Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective visualization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Connect to various data sources, perform data modeling, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
• Optimize data models and queries for best performance.
• Train and support end-users in utilizing Power BI tools effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX expressions.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Experience working with various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, and cloud services.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and produce clear, concise reports.
• Excellent communication skills to gather business requirements and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Power Query, M language, and Power BI Service is highly desirable.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power BI certification (e.g., DA-100 or PL-300) is an advantage.
• Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
