Middle Embedded Software Engineer C/C++

We’re looking for a Mid Embedded Software Engineer to play a key role in developing next-generation wireless communications platforms and advancing software solutions for the telecommunications industry.

In this role, you will join our dynamic embedded software development team to design, build, and optimize high-level embedded applications and Layers 2–3 network protocol stacks. You will actively participate in all stages of the development process—from software requirements analysis and design to coding in C/C++ under Linux OS and unit testing—working closely with cross-functional R&D groups.

Requirements

What you'll do

• Design and develop embedded software for next-generation wireless communications platforms.

• Engage in various areas of software development, including high-level embedded applications and Layers 2–3 network protocol stacks.

• Actively participate in all stages of the development lifecycle: requirements analysis, software design, C/C++ coding under Linux OS, and unit testing.

• Closely collaborate with other R&D teams, including System Engineering, Hardware, Software, and Verification.

• Perform system testing, root-cause analysis, and continuous software optimization.

What we're looking for

• Experience: Between 2 and 5 years of hands-on experience in C/C++ development.

• Multi-Threading: Proven experience with multi-threading software design.

• Core Concepts: Solid knowledge of object-oriented concepts and design patterns.

• Adaptability: Capable of self-learning and working effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a strong team-player mindset.

• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of Embedded Linux.

• Familiarity with Ethernet Layer 2 switching.

• Prior work experience with embedded software products.
