Middle School Pastor - Redmond Campus

The Middle School Pastor at the Redmond Campus is part of the Redmond student team, working alongside other student pastors to reach and disciple middle and high school students. This role carries a particular focus on middle school ministry, with a heart for building authentic relationships and creating environments where students grow in their faith.

Areas of Oversight & Core Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with middle schoolers and create consistent opportunities for discipleship.
• Teach and communicate the gospel in ways that connect with middle school students.
• Develop and invest in volunteers, helping them grow as leaders and disciple makers.
• Collaborate with the Redmond student team to serve both middle and high school ministry with alignment and shared momentum.
• Invest in local partnerships and contact work at local schools.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Details

• A typical workweek is Sunday through Thursday, with flexibility to work occasional Friday events.
• Pay range is: $52,000 - $65,000/ year DOE.
• Benefits include: Accrued PTO, comprehensive insurance: medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, LTD. 403B retirement plan with employer match after year one.
