• Using student achievement data to set ambitious academic goals for students

• Providing individual or small group instruction for students who need additional assistance
• Committing to tutoring, after school activities, and being a part of the larger school community


Qualified candidates have:


• Bachelor’s Degree required in the applicable area of study and instruction
• At least two years of working with youth
• Ability to further education to become licensed in the state of North Carolina


A teaching demonstration is required.
