Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled and experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator to fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components for a variety of engineering, manufacturing, and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, preparing materials, and producing high-quality welds while ensuring all work complies with engineering specifications and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium (where required).
  • Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures, frames, and components according to engineering drawings.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
  • Measure, mark, cut, bend, and prepare metal materials for fabrication.
  • Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, grinders, drills, presses, and cutting machines.
  • Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Carry out repairs and modifications to existing metal structures and equipment.
  • Perform finishing work, including grinding, polishing, and cleaning welds.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on welding equipment and tools.
  • Maintain accurate production and fabrication records as required.
  • Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Follow all company policies, quality procedures, and health and safety regulations.
