Für unseren Standort Berlin, Bochum, Hannover oder München suchen wir Dich als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Angebots- und Anfragemanagement.

Das bewegst Du bei uns

• Koordination, Organisation und Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Ausschreibungen
• Management von Postfächern sowie Verteilung ein- und ausgehender E-Mails
• Persönliche, schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation mit Kunden und Kooperationspartnern (m/w/d)
• Betreuung und Pflege des Dokumentenablagesystems
• Regelmäßige Datenerfassung und Erstellung präsentationsfähiger Auswertungen
• Abteilungsübergreifende Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, Webinaren, Schulungen und Messen
• Aktive Mitwirkung an der Prozessoptimierung im eigenen Arbeitsbereich

Das bringst Du mit

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Angebotsmanagement, Vertriebsinnendienst oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Kundenorientierung
• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
