MO-Packaging Support

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and frequently with the Packaging team and leadership to achieve daily goals
• Follow company and government compliance to complete daily packaging and prep
• Maintain a clear workspace
• Maintain our seed-to-sale system, METRC, by managing associated tags and batch stickers
• Complete daily checklists to keep facility running smoothly
• Learn to properly operate various types of machines in the packaging process
• Sleeve, sticker, package, wrap and heat seal all products post-production
• Keep a keen eye for the details to find tasks when there is a break in packaging
• Collaborate with coworkers to complete packaging tasks in a timely fashion

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• You have at least 1 year of experience working in a similar fast paced industry
• You believe in communicating early and often about things that work and things that don’t
• You have the ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time
• You believe in doing things well the first time and have a strong attention for detail
• You take ownership and accountability of work for the whole team to be successful
• You uplift others and see yourself as a supportive team member and co-worker
