Job Description

1. JOB PURPOSE

The Job holder is responsible for gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers and conduct rigorous testing to identify and rectify any bugs or glitches, ensuring seamless

performance across diverse devices and platforms.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

• Write clean, efficient code using programming languages such as Swift for iOS, Kotlin for Android, or cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter.

• Ensure an immersive user experience by crafting visually appealing and easy-to-navigate interfaces.

• Conduct rigorous testing to identify and rectify any bugs or glitches, ensuring seamless performance across diverse devices and platforms.

• Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and services, enhancing app

functionality with features like location services, payment gateways, or social media integration.

• Prepare app releases for deployment to app stores.

• Implement robust security measures to safeguard user data, employing encryption methods and secure authentication protocols.

• Integrate analytics tools to track app performance, user engagement, and usage metrics, gaining insights to inform iterative improvements and strategic decisions.

• Provide timely updates to the Reporting Manager.

3. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation in Software Engineering/Computer

Applications/Computer Science/Data Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mobile application design and development.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.

• Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously.

4. COMMUNICATIONS AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

The job holder interacts with all Departments within NNHS and other service providers. He/ She must ensure seamless communication between all departments for the smooth operations and to achieve the organizational objective. He/ She must be able to foster strong internal & external communication standards.

5.OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

He/she works in an air-conditioned environment and spends most of the day at desk. The Jobholder’s working hours are flexible as per weekly schedule within the boundaries of the UAE labor law. The job holder is not exposed to any obvious hazards.
