  • Lead the Mobile B2C P&L, including revenue, margins, acquisition and retention costs, and handset economics

  • Define and execute the mobile portfolio strategy (prepaid, postpaid, SIM-only, bundles, FMC)

  • Own pricing, promotions, and competitive response strategies

  • Drive subscriber growth across retail, digital, telesales, and partner channels

  • Lead churn reduction and customer value management initiatives

  • Optimize ARPU through upsell, cross-sell, roaming, and value-added services

  • Own device strategy, including vendor management, range, subsidies, and stock control

  • Partner with Network and Technology to align propositions with capabilities and investments

  • Act as a cross-functional leader, influencing Sales, Marketing, CVM, Digital, Finance, Network, and Operations

  • Lead forecasting and budgeting with clear assumptions on growth, churn, ARPU, and costs

  • Prepare board-level materials and performance updates

  • Build and lead a high-performing team with clear KPIs and accountability

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with Maltese telecom requirements

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to continuously adapt strategy

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. MBA considered an asset

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in telecommunications, preferably within mobile consumer

  • Proven experience managing a mobile P and L or a significant commercial vertical

  • Strong understanding of subscription economics, ARPU drivers, churn dynamics, device subsidy models, and acquisition cost structures

  • Experience in portfolio management, pricing, and FMC convergence strategies

  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear commercial decisions

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross functional teams

  • Experience preparing executive level and board level presentations

  • High ownership mindset, results oriented, comfortable with accountability

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
