It is where we build friendly customer service relationships by answering service inquiries and through the processing of bill payments. The Role

• Identify customer needs and define the possible packages suitable for them and their household;

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through a friendly attitude;

• Ensure that customer inquiries are explained and solutions are provided.

Requirements

What we are looking for

• People fluent in Maltese and English

• A passion for meeting and greeting customers;

• Ability to build strong customer relationships;

• A proactive person who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team;

• Preferably with experience in a sales or in a customer service environment.
