OTC Fleet Services is hiring a dependable Mobile Equipment Mechanic to serve the Lancaster area. This hybrid position combines on-site work with local travel to service forklifts, pallet trucks, and lifts for our commercial clients. Main Duties:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile equipment: forklifts, pallet trucks, boom lifts, and scissor lifts

  • Provide courteous, professional customer service at all times

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment

  • Work independently in the field and manage assigned jobs

  • Typical start time: 6:00 AM, following the initial training period

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with forklifts, lifts, or heavy equipment repairs

  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system knowledge (6–48 volt)

  • Experience with mobile service work preferred

  • Provide your own hand and power tools (up to ½” drive)

  • Clean driving record

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Basic computer skills; ability to manage electronic work orders

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and professional demeanor

  • Stable work history
