Your role

• Act as the customer-facing expert, understanding and discussing customer needs to suggest solutions within the Microsoft 365, AI and Copilot toolset.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to help customers maximize the potential of M365, Power Platform, and other modern work tools.
• Drive user adoption and change management initiatives to ensure the success of customer implementations.
• Collaborate with customers to create tailored solutions that drive efficiency and business outcomes.

Your profile

• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Skills: Solid understanding of digital knowledge work tools (M365, Power Platform, AI and Copilot) and their practical applications in customer environments.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills to facilitate workshops and provide hands-on training.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English (both required)
• A proactive approach to solving customer challenges and implementing solutions.
• Interest and passion for growing your expertise or expanding your skill set into areas such as sales or delivery
