Molds Maintenance Technician

1.Maintain the mold according to the process, and deal with the sudden problems of molds in time.

2.Assist to complete molds change according to production plan.

3.Be responsible for daily spot inspection, patrol inspection and maintenance of molds to ensure the safety of production molds.

4.Be responsible for molds in and out of storage management , establish corresponding lists.

5.Participate in the development, trial-produce and acceptance check of new molds.

6.Prepare all kinds of spare parts related to molds.

7.Make simple tooling or tools required on site.

8.Correctly use and properly keep all kinds of labor protection articles and appliances.

9.Supporting the other department for metal machining.

10.Follow the 5S management requirements and standards of the company and departments, and do a good job in the on-site 5S work.
