Mortgage Advisor

The role

This is a revenue-generating advisory role: you build your own business through client relationships and real estate agent networks. Company-generated leads are a supplement, not the main source of your pipeline. Your first 90 days are for building pipeline. From month four, you are expected to deliver steady monthly loan disbursements, typically in the range of AED 8–10 million per month depending on your salary level.

What you'll do

• Originate your own mortgage business through referrals, repeat clients and personal networks.

• Build and maintain active relationships with real estate agents and other introducers across Dubai.

• Advise clients on mortgage products, compare lender options and recommend the right fit.

• Manage each case from first conversation through approval and disbursement, keeping clients informed throughout.

• Work with the case-review and support team on handovers, documentation and issue resolution.

• Represent YoBridge at networking events and in the field during the working day.

• Keep accurate records of your pipeline, client follow-ups and completed cases.

What we're looking for

Must have

• 1–2+ years of mortgage advisory or brokerage experience, currently based in Dubai.

• Your own network of real estate agents and introducers, with an active pipeline.

• A track record of personally originating and completing mortgage cases.

• Solid knowledge of mortgage products and lenders, and the judgment to guide clients through complex cases.

• Confident, clear communication and a natural ability to build relationships.

• A positive, self-driven attitude and comfort with a target-based role.
