Target Range:

$60,000.00/Yr. - $75,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

This is a commission eligible role.

About This Job

Axos is seeking someone to originate high quality residential mortgages across the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine preliminary home loan eligibility and recommends mortgage products that are within the customer's budget.

• Consult with customers about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals while
  providing the best possible customer service.

• Stay informed of available loan types and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers' needs. Identify and construct lending solutions based on unique homeownership goals.

• Manage leads actively and meet minimum conversion (lead to fund) requirements and build a network of real estate agent partner

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma

• Prefer 1+ year's of retail lending

• Flexible and adaptable, learn and react quickly at a faster than average pace

• Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done

• Sales oriented
