HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Under the supervisor’s direction, answers incoming calls, schedules patient appointments, and sends messages to appropriate clinics for follow up.
• Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients.
• Answers incoming telephone calls efficiently and courteously.
• Schedules patients’ appointments in accordance with policy.
• Provides information to patients. Performs and documents provider office and onlineaudits.
• Communicates provider coding accuracy concerns and challenges.Maintains accurate, up-to-date records and generates reports.
• Performs miscellaneous duties.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., certificate of high school equivalency).
• Two (2) years of relevant, job-related work experience.
