Overview

Responsible for project work and process improvement across the plant

4 On 4 Off Day Shift

Pay Potential: 100k +

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain safe work environment and practices
• Help manage and support contractors
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive them to completion
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation
• Work with chemicals that require full face respirator or SCBA
• Perform all other tasks assigned by leadership
• Perform emergency repairs and scheduled repairs on downed equipment

Qualifications

Required:

• Excellent safety record for self and team members
• Strong communication skills and able to work as a team
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with little oversight
• Previous industrial maintenance experience
• Strong welding and fabrication experience
• Strong electrical / mechanical aptitude
• Driven to make things better and have a positive attitude
• Problem solving and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to pass FIT test for full face respirator and SCBA

Preferred:

• Rigging experience
• Electrical experience
• Project management experience
• Contractor management experience
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
