  Executor of the Process
• 
  Updates Company Cam daily
• 
  Performs Daily Monitoring on assigned jobs
• 
  Manages on site labor
• 
  Communicates Dumpster swap outs and deliveries
• 
  Monitors hotels stay and informs PM if extensions needed
• 
  Updates PSA daily – Notes and Work Orders
• 
  Obtains Invoices from Sub-Contractors for completed work
• 
  Turns in Sign Off’s, Invoices, & Work Orders for Sub pay
• 
  Helps obtain and secures all materials
• 
  Deliver Materials if need be
• 
  Quality Control
• 
  Maintains Neat Job Site
• 
  Reports back to PM if additional damage is discovered
• 
  Obtain COS / COC
• 
  Takes Completion Photos of completed work
• 
  Any other tasked assigned by supervisor
• Travel position
