Job Description:

What you'll do:

• Executes a broad range of operational activities contributing to a safe, effective and efficient production processes.
• Accurate and detailed recording of information
• Following production schedule
• Seek opportunities for improvement with n order to continuously optimize and improve operational (work) processes, tools and systems.
• Work in compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality regulations and procedures, as well as operational standards
• Ensure the work area is left clean and in a safe working condition and that there are no hazardous situations. Maintain the appearance of the production line(s), working area(s) and production site

• FLT trained

• Previous experience of working in a production environment
• Good health & safety awareness
• Ability to demonstrate strong quality focus
• Flexible approach
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ability to prioritise and to work under pressure, sense of urgency
• Focussed and driven to meet targets
• Continuous improvement and ‘can-do’ mind-set
• Effective communication skills – able to share information
• IT skills – ability to navigate and understand multiple VDU screens
