Multi Technician

Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a talented MEP Multi Technician to join our Maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have to undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as MEP, HVAC installations, Maintenance, painting, landscaping etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all sort of fixes, repairs, replacements including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool and air conditioner.

• Responsible for completing basic maintenance work orders as assigned at company managed rental properties or offices.

• Report work performed, time spent, parts used, and next steps needed if necessary.

• Responsible for keeping maintenance tools, used vehicle and properties clean, organized and in safe condition while conducting any operation.

• Maintain and keep log of own inventory. Report all expenses and consumed materials on the superior in proper manner.

• Prepare or assist in preparing properties to a ready-for-occupancy condition, prepare inspection report when required.

• Report work performed, time spent, parts used, and next steps needed if necessary.

• Responsible for keeping maintenance tools, used vehicle and properties clean, organized and in safe condition while conducting any operation.

• Maintain and update supply inventory. Safeguard all supplies, equipment and tools.

• Perform other job duties including but not limited to office and interior home maintenance or other property management functions as needed and requested by supervisor.

• Represents Deluxe Holiday Homes in a professional manner at all times.

• During emergency to immediately attend to the required property/place (can occur on Friday or during night-time) in order to help prevent the emergency and provide temporary solution (such as water leakage, etc.).

• Perform any other jobs as assigned by management.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong technical background and be familiar with various maintenance procedures. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar maintenance role

• Knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems

• Proficiency in basic carpentry and painting techniques

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Conversational level of English speaking, reading and writing is required.
  

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
