Dentalook is looking for an experienced dental leader to oversee multiple clinics across Downtown Toronto and the GTA. Whether you're an experienced Regional Manager or a Practice Manager ready to grow your impact, this is an opportunity to lead at scale.

What You'll Own

• Lead operational performance across multiple clinics
• Coach and develop Practice Managers
• Drive patient experience, staffing, scheduling, and performance
• Understand clinic financials and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support teams through operational and staffing challenges

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of dental management experience
• Experience managing a multi-clinic portfolio or high-volume practice
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Understanding of clinic financials and performance
• Comfortable with multiple practice management software platforms
• Ability to travel regularly across Downtown Toronto and the GTA
