Murex Developer

We are seeking a skilled Murex Developer with a strong background in Murex EOD processing, asset class and market data knowledge, and expertise in market risk management. The ideal candidate should have experience with Murex Market Risk, Value at Risk (VaR) calculations, and be proficient in Murex Datamart for data reporting and analysis. This role involves collaborating closely with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions within a fast-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Murex End-of-Day (EOD) processing, ensuring data integrity and timely availability of reports.
• Work with multiple asset classes, providing in-depth knowledge on instrument setups and market data configuration within Murex.
• Implement and maintain Murex Market Risk modules, including VaR calculations, to assess and manage market exposure effectively.
• Develop, configure, and optimize Murex Datamart reports, ensuring accurate and efficient data extraction for risk reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk managers, traders, and IT support, to ensure alignment of Murex functionality with business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues within the Murex platform, focusing on performance optimization and automation.
