Instructor Career & Growth Path

Starting pay is determined using our structured framework, which considers verifiable teaching experience, training, and alignment with current studio needs. We’re Looking for Someone Who
- Is dependable, organized, and respects schedules
- Creates a positive, structured classroom
- Leads with kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Can commit to the full teaching season (September–June) and values consistency for students
Teaching Seasons
- Fall: September–early June (culminates in our annual recital)
- Summer: Monthly 3-day workshops (June–August)
