MVMNT Church - Leadership Resident - Denver, CO

MVMNT Church is a new church plant launching in Aurora, Colorado in January 2027, and they are looking for a Leadership Resident to join their team for this exciting season of growth and ministry.

This residency offers a unique opportunity to be part of a church from the ground up while receiving hands-on leadership development and ministry experience. The resident will work closely with Lead Pastor Sean Badeer, learning through observation, participation, and doing ministry alongside the church’s leadership team.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside the Lead Pastor and ministry team in the day-to-day work of launching a new church.

• Gain hands-on experience in leadership, ministry, outreach, and church planting.

• Participate in ministry initiatives, Rooted Groups, community engagement, and other opportunities to help people find hope, friendship, and purpose.

• Observe and actively participate in the work of the Lead Pastor, gaining a front-row view of church leadership and ministry.

• Serve wherever needed as the church develops and grows.

• Build relationships within a diverse, multiethnic community and help create a church that reflects the diversity of Aurora.

EXPECTED WORK HOURS: 30-35 hours
EXPECTED MONTHLY PAY: $2,000 A MONTH
