National Field Force Manager

We have been working also in the area are related to the treatment of infantile hemangiomas and oncology.

Your mission

• Lead, motivate, manage and ensure the follow-up of a team of Medical Representatives in order to develop activities related to medical promotion in the context of the strategy and objectives defined
• Ensure the objectives are achieved by the team in accordance with the company strategy
• Support and supervise the team activities (80% of the time is on the field)
• Responsible for execution of balanced and effective routes and categorization of medical visit is appropriate (frequency, homogeneity, updated sheets on doctors and partners to be visited, etc.)
• Participate in the recruitment of new medical representatives, train and integrate them
• Analyze the team’s results and propose appropriate action plans
• Supports the relation between the medical team and other internal departments: marketing, logistics, sales, finance, trade marketing, and HR
• Organized and controls the distribution of various materials, samples, products, branding materials etc. supporting the work of the medical team.

• Master’s degree in Medical, Sales, Business Administration
• Good command of English
• Experience as Medical Representative (at least 3 to 5 years)
• Analytical skills, problem solving skills, risk management
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Persuasion skills
