  • Lead with Impact: Guide a talented Accounting team of 3 colleagues, overseeing all aspects of Accounting, Controlling, Budgeting, and Reporting.
  • Shape Our Future: Prepare accurate financial statements in line with local GAAP and IFRS standards, ensuring our financial integrity.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop innovative financial plans that align with our strategic goals and market opportunities.
  • Insightful Reporting: Create and present compelling monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting packages, communicating key results and insights to leadership.
  • Close with Confidence: Execute efficient month-end closing processes, maintaining the highest integrity of financial data.
  • Share Expertise: Become a super user and train and mentor team members on financial systems and reporting tools,
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with management to challenge target setting and evaluation process, drive compliance, and enhance overall business performance

    • What you bring:

  • A degree in Finance or Accounting with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in controlling, reporting, finance, and cost accounting.
  • A Qualified Accountant Certificate
  • Strong knowledge of local GAAP/IFRS and proficiency in SAP.
  • Experience with international accounting principles IFRS/IAS
  • Excellent analytical skills and fluency in English and Bosnian
  • A proactive, engaging leadership style with outstanding communication abilities
