NETA IV Testing Supervisor

Position Summary

Upchurch is seeking a NETA IV Testing Supervisor to provide senior‑level technical oversight for our major electrical testing and commissioning programs. This is the highest technician tier and serves as the final authority for test plans, data interpretation, and critical facility reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as technical expert and oversee complex testing and commissioning projects.

2. Review and approve test plans, procedures, and advanced field work.

3. Interpret detailed test results and provide authoritative recommendations.

4. Review and/or sign final test reports, including those for mission‑critical facilities.

5. Support and mentor technicians across all NETA levels.

Qualifications

1. NETA Level IV Certification (required).

2. 8+ years of electrical testing/commissioning experience.

3. Deep knowledge of MV/LV power systems, relays, breakers, and advanced diagnostics.

4. Strong ability to evaluate complex test data and ensure technical accuracy.

5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

6. Valid driver’s license; ability to travel.
