Role Overview:
We are seeking a NetSuite Functional Consultant to deliver high-quality NetSuite support and managed services to our clients. This role is hands-on and client-facing, focused on resolving complex technical issues, delivering enhancements, and supporting stable, well-performing NetSuite environments.
As a senior team member, you will independently handle advanced support tickets, contribute to managed services initiatives, and serve as a technical resource for less experienced engineers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Independently handle medium to high-complexity NetSuite support tickets
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite configuration, customizations, workflows, scripts, and integrations
Support production NetSuite environments with a focus on reliability and performance
Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions
Managed Services Delivery
Deliver ongoing managed services work including enhancements, optimizations, and minor projects
Implement configuration changes, workflows, saved searches, and scripts based on client requirements
Identify opportunities to improve system usability, performance, and maintainability
Assist with periodic system reviews and health checks
Ticket Management & Documentation
Manage assigned tickets end-to-end, meeting defined SLAs and quality standards
Clearly document issues, resolutions, and technical details in the ticketing system
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of cross-functional issues
Client Communication
Communicate directly with clients regarding issue status, resolution, and recommendations
Translate business needs into effective technical solutions
Provide guidance and best practices to clients during support interactions
Team Collaboration
Support and mentor junior support engineers as needed
Contribute to internal documentation, knowledge base articles, and support playbooks
Collaborate with implementation and development teams for smooth transition of clients into managed services
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.
Expertise in configuring and customizing the NetSuite application.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing diverse business
challenges.Experience conducting customer training sessions and providing ongoing support in specialized areas.
Proficient in data migration tasks and post Go-Live support activities.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
