Role Overview:


We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Field Service Management Consultant to join our
delivery team. You'll work primarily with FSM JSON configuration and SDF/XML, supporting
account cutover activities such as object migration between environments, deployment
validation, and go-live readiness. You will collaborate with Project Managers, Functional and
Technical Consultants, and Developers to help construction and field service companies
streamline their operations.

What You'll Be Doing:


Customer Delivery

  • Lead discovery sessions to document current-state workflows, pain points, and business
    requirements across service operations, billing, and project management.

  • Configure NetSuite environments including company's Projects, Service Management,
    T&M and fixed-fee billing, and revenue recognition

  • Design and deliver customer-specific solutions for work order management, scheduling,
    subcontractor billing, and job costing

  • Train end users and create process documentation that customers will actually use

Technical Work

  • Execute FSM JSON configuration action items defined in the Business Requirements
    Document, including mobile layouts, forms, fields, and schedule board customizations

  • Interpret client-facing documentation and requirements that are not always explicitly
    prescriptive, determining appropriate configuration steps independently or through
    collaboration with Functional Consultants and Developers

  • Validate all JSON configuration in sandbox prior to promotion to production

  • Migrate script files and deployment records between environments using SDF

  • Validate and confirm deployed scripts are functioning as expected post-migration

  • Serve as a deployment checkpoint during go-live, confirming all scripts, custom records, and configuration objects have been successfully promoted and are behaving as
    expected in production

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between NetSuite FSM and third-party
    platforms including payroll, credit card payments, and SMS messaging


Internal Contribution

  • Document implementation patterns, common configurations, and reusable components
    to accelerate future deliveries

  • Identify opportunities to reduce project delivery time through tooling, templates, and
    repeatable systems

  • Collaborate with the delivery team lead to refine onboarding playbooks and technical
    standards

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience with NetSuite Implementations

  • Strong proficiency in JSON, SDF and XML

  • Experience with Field Service Management

  • Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics

  • Solid understanding of NetSuite data model and architecture

  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript

  • Experience with REST APIs and web services integration

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills
