NetSuite Technical Consultant (WMS Implementation & Printer Configuration Specialist)

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote | Part-Time

Role Overview:
We are looking for a NetSuite Technical Consultant with hands-on experience implementing NetSuite WMS, specifically around warehouse device setup, barcode scanning, label printing, and printer configuration. The consultant will support WMS implementation activities, troubleshoot warehouse hardware/software integrations, and work closely with functional consultants and company stakeholders during deployment and testing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support WMS implementation activities

• Troubleshoot warehouse hardware/software integrations

• Work closely with functional consultants and company stakeholders during deployment and testing

• End-to-End Implementation

• Functional: Features, Modules, and Vertical activities, including:

  • NetSuite WMS implementation

  • Advanced Inventory

  • Warehouse Management System (WMS)

  • RF Scanner setup and configuration

  • Barcode management and scanning workflows

  • Item Receiving

  • Putaway

  • Picking

  • Packing

  • Cycle Counting

  • Inventory Transfers

  • Bin Management

  • Shipping and Fulfillment processes

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of experience

• At least 2 completed WMS implementations involving warehouse printers and scanners

• NetSuite WMS technical implementation experience

• Zebra printer configuration and troubleshooting

• Thermal label printing setup

• Barcode label generation

• RF Scanner integration and configuration

• Warehouse device connectivity troubleshooting

• Knowledge of printer drivers, network printers, and label formats (ZPL preferred)

• Client-facing communication skills

• Experience in Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail, or Warehouse Operations preferred

• Priority Skills:

  • NetSuite WMS

  • Zebra Printer Configuration

  • Barcode Label Printing (ZPL)

  • RF Scanner Setup

  • Warehouse Device Troubleshooting

  • Client-Facing Communication

  • End-to-End WMS Implementation Experience

What Will Set You Apart:

• SuiteScript experience is a plus

• Experience with third-party shipping integrations (ShipRush, FedEx, UPS, etc.) is a plus

• Understanding of warehouse network and hardware infrastructure
