•Windows 7, 8 and 10 operating system support expertise
•Microsoft Office 2016
•Device security expertise including Antivirus systems expertise and Malware detection and cleaning tools
•Hardware support ( laptops, desktops, projectors and printers)
•Network Components and Peripherals – routers, switches, VPN concentrators, etc.
•Telephony systems (iPhone, Blackberry, Android)
•iSCSI storage
•Ticketing system software
•VMware, SQL 2005, 802.11x
