Duties and Responsibilities

·Support server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.

·Roll out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.

·Occasional field installation support. A few one-week trips per year to be expected.

·Area clean-up support.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

·Fitness for special background investigation (SBI).

·Demonstrated knowledge and ability in:

·Setting up remote user access

·Supporting networked printers and photocopiers

·Facilitation and change management skills.

·Ability to work as part of a team.
