• Experience required with windows desktop operating systems
• understanding of TCP/IP and troubleshooting internet connectivity.
• Experiece in routers and firewalls
• Experience in terminal services and citrix.
• Understanding the relationship between switches, hub, patch panels and connecting nodesto the network.
• Understanding of DNS services.
• Working Knowledge of Non Cisco Technologies - SonicWall, Juniper, Linksys, NetGear
• Working Knowledge of Wireless technologies
