Qualifications

BS preferred or equivalent work experience. Generally 3+ Years work experience in related discipline.
1. Working knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF
2. Working knowledge of layer 3 and layer 2 switching, spanning-tree protocols, ARP, port-channel, DHCP.
3. Hardware hands on and knowledge of Cisco Nexus 5K, 7K, 9Ks, FEX 2K, Cisco 3900 routers, Cisco CRS/NCS, Juniper MX960, Cisco ASR 1K/9K routers.
4. Working knowledge of F5 and A10 load balancers including knowledge of SSL certificates and its installation on load balancers.
5. Working knowledge of RedHat Openstack deployment and implementation.
6. Working knowledge of VMWare deployment and implementation
7. Working knowledge of Network Function Virtualization (NFV), Software Defined Network (SDN).
8. Experience with Linux, scripting and Openstack administration is preferred.
9. Any network scripting and automation experience is preferred.
10. Working knowledge of MPLS and WAN technologies.
11. Network documentation and Visio skills
12. Basic level of project management skills
13. Candidate should be able to multitask or work on multiple projects concurrently
14. Good communication and ability to work with multiple groups
